Rose

ADOPTED

Rose is a very lucky little kitty that arrived on our doorstep in February of this year.  She was extremely ill and very scared when we discovered her.  She had a severe upper respiratory infection that required several weeks on antibiotics before she was feeling better again.  She also had large amounts of fleas and intestinal parasites that we treated to make her the healthy young kitty she is today.  Rose is a little nervous about loud noises and is uncomfortable if people move too fast around her, but she does seem to like to cuddle up and receive attention.  She is also a very playful little kitty.

When Rose first arrived, she was gangly and dirty.  We were unable to completely clean the dirt out of her hair while she was ill, so our receptionist (Donna) decided she needed a pretty name.  Since a rose is a beautiful flower, Donna thought the name would be appropriate.  Now Rose has blossomed into a beautiful flower of a kitty.

If you are interested in adopting Rose, email us at kpercival@CatHospitalofAustin.com or call us at (512) 258-2024

The First Pet Adoption at the Cat Hospital of Austin happened at our Grand Opening event.  On the Left is Kim Ritchie and the right is Carolyn Collins.  A pregnant cat adopted Ms. Ritchie and we helped her find homes for the kittens.
