As an expert in cat chiropractic therapies, Dr. Leland has more than 30 years of veterinary experience and is board certified through the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA). Her advanced training in animal chiropractic care allows her to provide feline chiropractic treatments that support mobility, comfort, and overall well-being.

Feline chiropractic care can help support mobility, comfort, and overall function for cats experiencing arthritis, stiffness, mobility challenges, chronic discomfort, or recovery from injury or surgery. As part of our integrative approach to veterinary medicine, chiropractic care may be incorporated alongside traditional medical treatments to help improve your cat’s quality of life.

My cat is notoriously aggressive and basically feral, who I adopted from the shelter (but Sheeba is my little baby), and the Cat Hospital of Austin is the ONLY vet clinic I know that can take care of her and treat her effectively, despite her behavioral issues. I absolutely trust them 100% with my cat. She has always been extremely well taken care of while undergoing procedures/treatments/exams. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and it's comforting to know that they specialize in taking care of cats.

If your cat(s) need a vet, please consider the Cat Hospital of Austin, they will take good care of them!

Located on Pond Springs Road and taking Hwy 183 gets you there so quickly.  There is no sitting and waiting; you just drop your kitty off early and you will hear from them when they are done.

When I moved to Austin, I opted for Allandale Vet Clinic bc it was closer. We had a horribly traumatic visit and left immediately. In retrospect, I’m grateful for that because so far 2 have been misdiagnosed by Allandale. The level of care the Cat Hospital provides has been such a relief for our household of 3 senior kitties. It is obvious that they, too, are cat lovers in the way they handle the kitties. Additionally, I work and have a business- they’ve been extremely kind and understanding re: appointments, schedules, and drop-offs. One of the best features is that they’re available by text.
